Getting married with the balanced flavor of garlic, vinegar and olive oil gives you a complete tasting experience. Bake the peppers for a few minutes on each side until the peel has blown and tanned. The process must be done quickly. Allow them to cool and one by one, place them on a cutting tray and cut the lid carefully to bring out the water they have inside and have a high temperature.
