Fluffy Buns

Delicious and fluffy breads for breakfast and appetizers

Equipment

  • 1 mixer
  • 1 baking pan
  • 1 silicone baking mat
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram. flour for bread
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 100 gram. fresh milk
  • 30 gram. fresh melted butter
  • 50 gram. Water
  • seeds of our choice for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • 1. In the bowl of a mixer, add the flour after sifting, the yeast, the sugar and mix.
    2. Lightly beat the egg and add half of it to the flour.
    3. Add the milk, water, melted butter and beat for 5 minutes.
    4. Add the salt to the dough and continue beating for another 5 minutes.
    5. Form a ball with the dough, place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.
    6. Allow it to rise for 30 minutes.
    7. Divide it into 6 equal pieces.
    8. Lightly flour the workbench and form round balls.
    9. Place the non-stick silicone baking mat on a baking tray and place the bread rolls on it, keeping the distance between them.
    10. Cover with a cotton towel and refrigerate for 12 hours.
    11. The next day, brush the buns with the remaining egg, sprinkle with seeds of your choice and put them in the oven.
    12. Bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

  1. You should not add salt with dry or fresh yeast, because salt kills the yeast.
  2. If you have time, place the raw bread rolls in the refrigerator for 12 hours. If not, bake them after they have risen for 1-2 hours.
  3. The dough may be soft and stick to your hands. Do not add flour, just wet your hands with a little water or add flour and knead.
