1/2 teaspooncinnamon
1 vanillin
3tablespoonsbrown sugar

Instructions
@ Peel and cut the apples into cubes. @ Put the apples in a pot, add water, enough to cover them.@ Add the rest of the ingredients.@ Boil for 15 minutes or until the apples are tender.@ Mash them with a stick blender@ Put the sauce in sterile jars and seal well.

@ With the apple sauce we make use of the apples that are left in the drawer of the fridge and we don't want to eat them anymore!@ To preserve the applesauce we apply the well-known old method. Put the sauce in the sterile jars, turn them upside down and let them cool. This way they keep for several months.@ With the applesauce we accompany pork, potato wedges, eat it as a jam, put it in apple strudel, apple cake.
