Salmon with basil sauce on asparagus

Delicious and easy food with toppings you like e.g. spinach, mashed potatoes, rice. You can use fresh or frozen salmon

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 baking pan
  • 1 mullet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Spoon Pine cone
  • 1 Homepage garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 fillets salmon
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • asparagus optional

Instructions
 

  • Basil sauce
    1 cup of fresh basil leaves
    ¼ cup virgin olive oil
    1 spoonful of pine nuts
    1 clove of garlic
    Salt
    Pepper
    1. Place the ingredients in a blender and grind them. Add salt and pepper.
     
    Salmon with basil sauce on asparagus
    3 salmon fillets
    Juice of a lemon
    olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    1. Make the basil sauce and season the salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper.
    2. Drizzle fillets with olive oil and lemon.
    3. Spread the sauce on both sides of the fillets and refrigerate for a few hours.
    4. Bake the salmon in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
    5. Place the boiled asparagus on the plate, place the cooked fillets on top.
    6. pour the remaining broth in the pan.
     

Notes

The basil sauce can also be used in other preparations such as spaghetti, salads etc.
