Notes
Pancakes are a very easy preparation that can be made at any time.
As far as their management or their mix is concerned, the following possibilities exist:
- we can keep the ready pancakes in the fridge for a few days.
- we can freeze them by putting small pieces of wax paper between them and taking out as many as we want at a time and warming them up.
- we can keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- and finally you can keep the raw mixture in the freezer after putting it in airtight containers.
