Blueberry sauce

This glossy and delicious sauce leaves no one indifferent. Try it, it will surprise you!

Equipment

  • 1 wide frying pan
  • 1 ladle

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gram. blueberries
  • 80-100 gram. granulated sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated cardamom (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash the blueberries and place them in a wide pan.
    2. Add the sugar, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
    3. Place the pan over low heat, add the water, stir and let the mixture boil for about 20 minutes.
    4. Remove the pan from the heat, add the lemon juice, cardamom and stir.
    5. Put the sauce in a jar and store it in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • The amount of sugar depends on how sweet you want the sauce to be.
  • The fire should be low, if your button is rated up to 3, set it to 1.
  • Serve the sauce with yogurt, pancakes, ice cream, vanilla cream, but also with cheese and game.
