Homemade mustard with honey and garlic

Ingredients
- 50 gram. white mustard seeds
- 50 gram. brown mustard seeds
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 60 ml white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Soak the white and brown mustard seeds in lukewarm water overnight; the next day drain them and rinse them well a few times. We put them in the mulligan with the garlic, vinegar, honey and salt. Grind until the mixture is smooth, adding honey or salt, depending on your taste. Put it in your sterile jar. Store it in the refrigerator and after 2 days its aromas and flavor will begin to emerge.
